Thats no problem, I work till 6pm est, and it's just up the street and typically stay up till 2-3am anyways all weeknights, so I have plenty of time to spend there. Alot of my game friends are scattered throughout many games right now, I am trying to persuade em, but most have vanished off of the game radar for a while, waiting for vanguard, ddo or still stuck in queue in WoW.
It sounds like fun, and I really think the only people who would be interested would be loyal, long term folks who just wanna do something recycled so to speak. I would love to see just a server dedicated to this, but I feel this may be the closest we will come to that.
Anyways, great idea and I hope it does take off. I will try to point people this way but it's not as easy as it used to be to persuade others back to eq, even with the best end-game content around, IMO.

man the schedule is no problem for me im in the military and i work about 2 hours a day right now from about 1530 till 1730 pst then when im at home pretty much every waking hour im on eq i even play when im havent to take care of my newborn. i have it set up so i can feed him and play at the same time. also ive already created a mage on stromm got her to lvl 13 no gear except what i got from glooming deep and a item someone gave me for free. i also have a question about that if someone you dont know or maybe were grouping with them and they just gave you an item would you be abl to use it? i was just wondering cause the item is helpful but its not really a great item i think people sometimes sell them to vendors anyways. and also another question? if you see and item on a vendor and its an upgrade for what you have and you can afford it would you be able to buy it like i know people sell the stuff of giants in frontier mountians all the time would you be able to go buy it off a vebdor even if your not high enough lvl to go kill for it your self. that was possiable in the orginal EQ before the bazaar anyways so i think we should . well anyways just thought id add my two cents

Ninnody, you won't be able to use that character if you were looking to join the guild. We haven't yet started =/ I haven't even decided if we are going to start yet No you couldn't use an item if someone just gave it to you. No you couldn't buy an item if you saw it on a vendor. (But you can buy items that a vendor would normally sell). Also, 1530 to 1730 pacific would overlap with our raid times by a fair amount, so if those times are inflexible, that may be a problem for you. Good to see such excitement though ...now, if we can find six dozen more ppl who are as excited, we'll have a boat worth floating...

Hmm, need some clarification.
What is legal equipment again, and what is not.
If I go out to unrest as a LVL 20 - 30 toon and get some stat equipment to drop from a named that is tradeable, can I use it?
